FACILITY RULES

MELDUNEK

  1. The guest renting the room is required to fill out the registration card and sign the RODO clause.
  2. Commencing a stay at Villa Meduza is tantamount to accepting the Regulations of the facility by the Guest.
  3. The fee for the stay should be paid on arrival.
  4. Due to a change in tax regulations, the TIN for the invoice must be provided before payment. Once the tax receipt is printed, without the tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. Guests who would like to receive an invoice are requested to provide the necessary details when making a reservation.

HOTEL DAY

  1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 the next day.
  2. If you wish to extend your stay, please report it at the reception desk by 9:00 am on the closing date for booking a room. We will try to meet your request, as long as we have free rooms.
  3. Staying in the room or leaving your belongings after 12:00 p.m. is treated as an extension of your stay. The hotel program will charge you for the next night of renting a room at the full rates.
  4. By prior arrangement at the Reception, there is the possibility of extending the stay until hrs. 15:00 for 50zl/1h or to hr. 18:00 for 50% of the price per night (subject to room availability).

SHIPPING

  1. During the stay of our guests, we provide a change of hotel linen 1 x per week or on request for a fee of 25zl / set of bed linen and change of towels 1 x per 2 days or on request for a fee of 10zl / set of towels.
  2. Room cleaning is done every 2 nights. Please report your request for additional room cleaning by 12:00 at the main reception and by posting a tag on the outside of the door.
  3. In case of any comments regarding the standard or equipment of the facility, including the room, please report them immediately at the reception desk of the facility. At the same time, the facility stipulates that the lack of notification from the Guest within one hour of check-in will be treated as a waiver of all claims by the Guest on this account.
  4. If a guest cancels further accommodation during his stay, the hotel will not refund the paid fee for the stay/parking/additional services.

HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Villa Meduza’s liability for the loss or damage of valuables, money, securities, items of scientific or artistic value is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code. The liability of the facility is subject to limitation if these items are not placed in the depository, which is located at the Reception.
  2. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest that has been parked in an unguarded hotel parking lot.
  3. The hotel is also not responsible for items left in a car parked in the hotel parking lot.

THINGS LEFT IN THE FACILITY

  1. Personal belongings left in the room by the departing person will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by him. If no such instruction is received, the facility will store the items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or for public use.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The hotel guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of elements of the hotel equipment through his fault, as well as through the fault of visitors. The facility is entitled to assess damage, destruction, special soiling and charge the Guest for the cost of repairing them at the time of check-out from the facility or after check-out from the facility.
  2. The hotel guest has the option of leaving the key / card at the hotel reception for the time of his absence. Losing a card / key to a hotel room is associated with a fee of PLN 200.
  3. Silence at night within the premises, is in force from 22:00 to 7:00.
  4. If you are visiting our guests, please leave your rooms by 10:00 pm.
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises including rooms and balconies. In accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010 amending the Act on Health Protection against the Consequences of the Use of Tobacco and Tobacco Products and the Act on State Sanitary Inspection |Dz.U..Nr.81, pos.529|. Except for the place intended for this purpose, outside the building of the facility.
  6. Violation of the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the rooms is tantamount to the room renter agreeing to pay the cost of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 900.
  7. The use of electrically-powered instruments or apparatuses that are not part of the equipment of these rooms is prohibited in hotel rooms, with the exception of shaving razors, hair dryers, phone chargers and other mobile devices.
  8. Whenever leaving the room, the Guest should check the door and make sure it is locked.

HOTEL PARKING LOT

  1. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, parking is subject to reservation. The cost is 35 PLN/day in the period from October to May / in the period from June to September 60 PLN/day.

REFUSAL OF STAY

  1. The facility may refuse to accept a guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to property or guests, or damage to guests, facility employees or other people staying in the facility, or who otherwise disturbed the peace in the facility.
  2. In public areas of the facility it is prohibited to consume alcohol not purchased at the facility (hotel bar). Failure to comply with this provision blatantly constitutes a violation of the rules and regulations and may be grounds for refusal of further stay.
  3. The hotel may refuse to accommodate a Guest under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, showing verbal or physical aggression.
  4. For the comfort of all guests, the hotel does not accept animals. For violation of this provision there is a fine – 300 PLN.
  5. Due to the infrastructure and nature of the facility, it is intended for people over 12 years of age. In case of violation of this provision, the facility has the right to refuse to carry out the stay without refunding the costs that result from the reservation.
